Bids are to be opened at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 15 for wastewater treatment system improvements in Middleton. Plans are available from Holladay Engineering, 32 N. Main St., Payette, Idaho 83661-2520. Cost not listed.

Bids are to be opened at 2 p.m. Dec. 16 for construction of an Idaho State Police POST Academy training facility in Meridian. Plans are available from architectural firm CSHQA, 250 S. 5th St., Boise, Idaho 83702-7227. Cost estimate: $2 million.

Separate bids are to be opened at 3 p.m. Dec. 17 to supply and install a bleacher system, and wood flooring, at the Pi-Nee Waus Community Center gym in Lapwai. Plans are available from the Nez Perce Tribal Council Administration, P.O. Box 365, Lapwai, Idaho 83540-0365. Costs not listed.

Bids are to be opened at 2 p.m. Dec. 18 for improvements (Stage 3) at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery on Horseshoe Bend Road near Boise. Plans are available from landscape architecture firm Beck & Baird, 1523 W. Hays St., Boise, Idaho 83702. Cost estimate: $3.8 million.
