Transnation Title leased 3,291 square feet in the Eagle River Building, 485 E. Riverside Drive, Eagle. Tim Reid and George Iliff of Colliers International represented the property owner.

Home Works Inc. leased, a general contractor and remodeler, leased 2,581 square feet in Curtis West Tech Center, 6051 Corporal Lane, Boise. Al Marino of Colliers International represented the property owner.

Morgan Entertainment Inc., which owns Great American Video stores, leased 2,071 square feet in the Bank Drive Building, 2404 Bank Drive, Boise. Sandy Smith of CRC represented the tenant and Al Marino of Colliers International represented the property owner.

Absolute Wireless, which offers products by Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile, leased 1,676 square feet in the Shops on Overland, Boise. Mike Christensen and Brook Blakeslee of Colliers International represented the parties.

Port of Subs, a sandwich shop, leased 1,657 square feet in the Shops on Overland, Boise. Mike Christensen and Brook Blakeslee of Colliers International represented the property owner.

L.A. Weight Loss leased 1,625 square feet in Canyon Plaza, 2100 Caldwell Blvd., Nampa. Mike Christensen and Brook Blakeslee of Colliers International represented the parties.

Jennifer Varner, a counselor affiliated with Boise Valley Counseling, leased 685 square feet in the Bank Drive Building, 2404 Bank Drive, Boise. Jennifer Fratusco and Al Marino of Colliers International represented the parties.
