MERIDIAN – University of Phoenix has announced it has expanded its enrollment counseling team with the addition of Mendi Whiteley and Lucas Nicholes.
As enrollment counselors, Whiteley and Nicholes are responsible for helping interested potential students navigate through the enrollment process. This includes reviewing qualifications, answering a host of questions and helping individuals determine whether or not the University of Phoenix learning model is a good fit for them. The enrollment team’s responsibilities have grown as the local campus is now responsible for enrolling students for on-site programs as well as on-line and for Axia College, a two-year academic on-line college of the University of Phoenix.
Whiteley most recently worked for Eagle-based AdGEAR Promotions, where she served as a sales executive and office manager. She holds a bachelor of business administration degree with a minor in multi-ethnic studies from Boise State University.
Nicholes, who formerly worked for Litster Law Offices as a settlement negotiator, studied at BSU for six years and is now pursuing the completion of his business management degree through the University of Phoenix Idaho Campus.
University of Phoenix has served working students for 30 years, with a mission to remove barriers to education for busy professionals by providing accessible class scheduling.
