Wells Fargo makes staff announcements

Molly Lenty was recently promoted to a community support representative for Wells Fargo’s Idaho Region. She will assist with the region’s community endeavors, including community sponsorships and volunteer activities.
Lenty began her career with Wells Fargo in 1997 as a lending representative and later joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as customer support representative.
Ruben Silva has been named manager for Wells Fargo’s Five Mile store in Boise. In his new position, Silva is responsible for business development, managing the store’s community activities, training and developing staff, managing store operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and helping his customers succeed financially.
Silva, who previously served as the manager of Wells Fargo’s Caldwell In-Store office, joined Wells Fargo in 2001 as a personal banker.
Taylor Horst, formerly business banking manager for Wells Fargo’s Resort Market Business Banking Group in Colorado, has been named area business banking manager for the Idaho Region. In his new position, Horst will coordinate and lead business banking activities in his region, directly managing the Boise Metro and Twin Falls groups, as well as residential construction and development lLending and owner occupied commercial real estate. Horst began his financial services career in 1992.
Eric Montemayor, previously a senior business relationship manager for Wells Fargo in Carbondale, Colo., has been named Boise business banking manager and will report to Horst. A 15-year financial services veteran, Montemayor has been with Wells Fargo for 10 years. He has held several leadership positions and has been recognized for his achievements.
Eric C. Lee, formerly finance manager for Wells Fargo Merchant Payment Solutions Group, has been named Idaho Region finance manager and will report directly to Pat McMurray, Idaho regional banking president. Lee, who joined Wells Fargo in 1999 as a senior financial consultant for in-store banking (distribution strategies), has since served as finance manager for Personal Lines and Loans Group in Concord, Calif., as well as other positions.
Chris Lockhart, formerly manger of the Wells Fargo’s Five Mile store, has been promoted to Boise Metro West District manager, with responsibility for overseeing a group of stores in the Boise area. Lockhart joined Wells Fargo in 1998 as a management trainee. He has since served as a personal banker at both the Vista and Meridian North stores, as an assistant manager for Vista and manager for the Glenwood and Five Mile stores.
