It’s official. The Boise real estate market is going to bottom out on Feb. 19, 2008, at 37 seconds past 8:06 a.m., according to Re/Max Agent Phil Hoover of the Boise Real Estate Blog:

Everyone keeps asking me, "When is the market going to hit bottom?"

To be truthful, I am tired of hearing this question ….

So, anyway, I have thought about this long and hard.

And I have concluded that the bottom of the Boise real estate market is going to occur on February 19, 2008, at 8:06:37 a.m.

Please schedule your appointments with me in advance, as I expect to be VERY busy on that day!

I, for one, will be looking forward to putting all those negative housing market stories behind me and focusing on nothing but fluff as of 8:07 on Feb. 19.

You’ve gradually expanded ownership of [...]
