SUPERVALU announces Boise expansion (access required)

SUPERVALU announced this morning that it will expand its presence in Idaho.

The grocery chain plans to expand its data center at Westpark Tech Center, 700 N. Ancestor Place. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. this afternoon, according to a press release.

Lt. Gov. Jim Risch, Boise Mayor Dave Bieter, Boise Valley Economic Partnership Executive Director Paul Hiller, and SUPERVALU CFO Pam Knous and Senior Vice President and CIO Paul Singer are expected to attend.
