Quads on the Park, and apartment community at 989 Sherwood St., next to Boise State University, sold recently for more than $5 million, the Sperry Van Ness investment real estate brokerage said in a release.

Boise Green Investors LLC bought the complex – consisting of 48 units each with four bedrooms – from Quad Partners Ltd. of Encino, Calif. Built in 1996, the three-building property on 1.94 acres is the only off-site apartment complex designed specifically as student housing for Boise State, Sperry Van Ness said.  The property includes a volleyball court, outdoor barbeques, picnic tables and security.

Cathy Rosera of MSA Realty LLC represented the buyer. Heidi Mickelson and Joshua Wells of Sperry Van Ness in Boise and Ketchum represented the seller.
