Micron and Nanya announce DRAM partnership (access required)

Micron Technology and Taiwan-based Nanya Technology announced this morning that the two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding to “explore potential technology sharing, joint technology development and development of a new joint venture.” The announcement confirms rumors from late last month that the two companies had signed a licensing agreement.
