Micron appoints new CFO

Ronald Foster is the company’s newest Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, Micron Technology said in a statement.
Foster is the former CFO of FormFactor, Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductor testing equipment.
He also served as a member of the Micron Board of Directors from June 2004 to April 2005.
Foster’s appointment at Micron will be effective April 1.
