Wells Fargo Bank opened its Idaho Center branch office March 24 at 5607 E. Franklin Road, Nampa. Manager Eric Tompkins leads a staff of eight in the new building of 5,100 square feet, designed by JGT Architecture and built by Beniton Construction, the bank said in a release. The lobby features a mural of historic buildings in and around Canyon County. San Francisco-based Wells Fargo operates 106 offices in Idaho.

Engineered Structures Inc., a commercial general contracting and construction management company that does business as ESI, plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to The Portico at Meridian, a  mixed-use project of 24 acres at the southeast corner of Eagle and Franklin roads, Meridian. ESI, general contractor for Portico developer Gardner Ahlquist, said in a release that it plans to occupy two floors of a six-story, upscale office building slated for completion in the fall of 2009. ESI said it will seek a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design silver certification for the office building from the U.S. Green Building Council. ESI’s current headquarters is on West Overland Road in Boise.

Local Yokel Inc., an Internet sales and distribution company, leased 15,550 square feet of industrial space in Westpark II, 305 N. Steelhead Way, Suite 305, Boise. Jake Tucker and Steve Foster of Colliers International represented the tenant. John Walsh of Walsh Services represented the property owner.

First American Title Insurance Co. leased office space in One Front Street Center, 251 E. Front St., Boise. Move-in is expected May 1. Patrick Shalz, Grove Hummert and Al Marino of Thornton Oliver Keller brokered the transaction.
Don Aslett’s Cleaning Center, which sells and rents commercial-grade cleaning supplies and equipment, leased 1,483 square feet in the Dallan Woods complex, 124 S. Midland, Nampa. Move-in is expected June 1. Ben Zamzow, Chris Penland and Bob Mitchell of Thornton Oliver Keller brokered the transaction.

208 Industries – Hardcore Clothing, a retailer of specialty, extreme-sports apparel, leased 925 square feet at Meridian Marketplace, 520 S. Meridian Road, Meridian. Move-in is expected June 1. Bob Mitchell of Thornton Oliver Keller brokered the transaction.
