Synoptek plans operations move to Boise (access required)

Synoptek, of Santa Ana, Calif., has acquired The Network Group Inc. of Boise. The systems consulting and IT outsourcing firm intends to build a service deliver operation in Boise that will serve customers in both Idaho and California.

According to the release, The Network Group provides similar services. Denise Dunlap-Taylor, currently with Network Group, will become the general manager of the Synoptek Idaho operations.
