Construction of a private seven-story parking garage started recently at the southwest corner of 12th and Jefferson streets in downtown Boise. Completion of the $13 million project is expected in April or May 2009, said Scott Schoenherr of Rafanelli & Nahas, the Boise company that owns the property.
