General contractor Dick Anderson Construction, of Great Falls, Mont., was scheduled to open bids from invited subcontractors and suppliers Aug. 18 for the 6,000-square-foot On The Border project and is slated to open bids Aug. 22 on the 5,467-square-foot Chili’s project, the Intermountain Contractor News Weekly reported.

The project owner-developer is Shoot the Moon LLC, of Great Falls. The project architects are NCA Partners for the On The Border restaurant and Gerdes Hendrichson & Associates for the Chili’s restaurant. Both firms are based in Dallas.

Both restaurants will be in stand-alone buildings in the Gateway Marketplace development, said retail property broker Mike Christensen of Colliers International in Boise. Both are expected to open by early June 2009, he said.
