Kickstand elects new board members

Six new members have been added to Kickstand’s board of directors: Jessica Flynn, of Red Sky Public Relations; J. Glerum, of Valitics; Tom Mahoney, Entrepreneur in Residence; John Nichols, of Apex Man Solutions; Jason Prince, of Stoel Rives; and Ryan Woodings, of MetaGeek.
The new board additions will help steer the statewide nonprofit, which, with 400 members representing 200 organizations, provides support for entrepreneurs and innovators from all industries. Kickstand meets the second Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at the Boise startup incubator, the Watercooler.
Kickstand’s returning board members include: Secretary Erik Bjorkman, of Perkins Coie; Meg Carlson, of Carlson-Hall; Becky Gates, of OCM Lee Hecht Harrison; Counsel Emile Loza, of the Technology Law Group; Ben Quintana, of the Boise Valley Economic Partnership; Rick Ritter, of TechConnect; President Chris Volk, of Pathfinder, LLC; and Vice-President Raino Zoller, of the Boise Angel Fund.
