Feldman named new Holland & Hart Boise
administrative partner
 
Murray Feldman, a long-time Holland & Hart partner and Boise environmental and natural resources lawyer, is the new administrative partner for the firm’s 34-lawyer Boise office.
Feldman will guide the office’s overall business and its legal services offerings to the firm’s clients. He will also continue his legal practice representing state and local governments, landowners and others in endangered species, climate change, environmental permitting and public lands matters in Idaho and the western U.S.
Feldman succeeds Larry Prince, who was administrative partner of the Boise office since 2007.

Ford joins Rose Law Group Borton as
planning project manager

Ashley B. Ford joins the land use and development firm of Rose Law Group Borton as planning project manager to help serve the firm’s growing business. 
Ford brings more than 11 years of land use planning experience to the firm. Her expertise is in site research, due diligence, land use entitlements and economic feasibility studies. She will be involved in all aspects of land development, with particular responsibilities in land entitlement and the platting process.
After earning a bachelor of science degree in justice systems from Truman State University in Missouri, Ford completed a master’s of public administration degree at Idaho State University, specializing in community and economic development.
She is active in the American Planning Association, the Idaho Planning Association, the Western Planning Association, the Urban Land Institute and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

Bridge City hires Brenton as technical sales manager

Bridge City Legal, a litigation consulting and document management company, has hired Scott Brenton as technology sales manager.
Brenton will work with law firms and corporations to implement strategic solutions for electronic discovery, data forensics and case management.

Willamette Dental hires Satow in oral surgery

Willamette Dental has hired Sarah Satow as a part-time oral surgeon working out of the Boise, Twin Falls and Idaho Falls offices.

Public Relations Society announces new officers

Idaho’s chapter of the Public Relations Society of America has announced its slate of officers for 2009.
The chapter will be led by President Joanne Taylor, director of public relations and social media strategy at Drake Cooper, a Boise-based marketing communications agency. Taylor has more than 20 years experience in public relations management, having led PR efforts for three publicly traded companies and several clients at Drake Cooper.
Seven additional officers will serve on the board, including: president-elect, Sydney Sallabanks, principal at Gallatin Public Affairs; past president, Georganne Benjamin, assistant director of strategic communications at Regence; secretary, Robbie Johnson, public information specialist for Ada County Highway District; and treasurer, Rick Phillips, public relations manager for J.R. Simplot Co.
Members-at-large will include Beth Toal, public relations manager at St. Luke’s Health System; David Compton, owner of Compton Communications; and Christine Lynch, public affairs communications manager at Regence.

Suzie Hall wins project award for excellence

Cornerstone Design, an interior design consulting firm, has announced that its president, Suzie Hall, has been named the winner of the Best Residential project award in the 2008 American Society of Interior Designers Design Excellence awards.  
The award was achieved for excellence in design for the Gomez residence in Bown Crossing of Boise.
