PowerPoint Presentation Boise State has signed a $33 million deal that gives Learfield Sports exclusive rights to market Bronco athletics.

The 10-year contract contains $26.8 million in guarantees and is set to go into effect in July 2010.

It's the first time Boise State has outsourced its entire multimedia and marketing rights in a complete package and must be approved by the state Board of Education.

Learfield Sports, which holds similar deals with 50 other colleges, will be allowed to sell all multimedia and sponsorship rights for Bronco sports, including signs at games, radio, television and Web site advertising and the right to seek naming sponsorships for venues, including Bronco Stadium.

Learfield beat out four other companies that submitted bids.

The deal also pays Boise State a $1 million for capital improvements of athletic facilities.
