Silver Falcon Mining has bought 20 acres at the base of War Eagle Mountain and is planning to move its milling site from Melba to Murphy.

In addition to the purchase of the land, plans have been approved for the build-out of a 2,400-square-foot warehouse as the mill facility on the Ridge Road location, and contractors and permits are in place to begin work immediately.

Silver Falcon Mining President Pierre Quilliam said, “Mill installation and operation should be completed and start by September 2009 or sooner.”

Management purchased the land parcel for $200,000. It is located in Murphy on Ridge Road, which is the main road to Silver City, he said in a release.

Quilliam said the move from the Melba site was the result of numerous unacceptable deficiencies and the cost of renovation.

In addition, the fuel costs, transportation reload fees, and other mining/mill fees associated with the company's new Ridge Road mill location were almost half the cost.

Silver Falcon Mining is an exploration and development company specializing in high-grade gold and silver mining properties in North America.
