Two more ITD stimulus project bids come in low (access required)

The Idaho Transportation Department opened bid packages for two more stimulus projects this week, revealing bids quite a bit lower than estimated. Knife River’s Boise-based Southern Idaho Division is the apparent low bidder for an Interstate 86 project in eastern Idaho, according to an ITD press release.
