Johnna Johnson & Co., an Idaho-based business training and consulting firm, has merged with The McClain Companies, a full-service business consulting and brokering agency with complementary products and services.

The McClain Companies, established in 2004 by Troy McClain, host of The Apprentice/HGTV and a businessman, assists entrepreneurs in developing their business from the ground up, including investor-ready business plans and access to investors, business branding and marketing strategies, and business coaching and consulting.

"This new partnership with Johnna is going to create phenomenal opportunities for our clients, providing them with expanded service for their business," according to McClain’s talent manager Chris Sobonya.

Johnna Johnson & Co., a 6-year-old company, provides professional training seminars on business and employee development, executive coaching and small business consulting. Both business owners, McClain and Johnson, are also internationally renowned motivational speakers and authors.

The merger became effective July 1. The McClain Companies will operate out of its new office building at 1533 N. Cormorant Place in Boise. Employees at both former businesses are expected to be retained.

The McClain Companies is an international business consulting and brokering firm that provides initial, interim and long-term strategic business consulting, brand strategy, management and funding to businesses that have retained their services or that are demonstrating substantial growth potential.
