Ling & Louie’s, an Asian bistro, leased ground for a 5,900-square-foot building at 3120 E. Louise Drive, Meridian, in the Portico at Meridian development. Move-in is expected next spring. Chris Penland represented the tenant. Sherry Schoen of Gardner Ahlquist Development represented the property owner.

Sprint, which offers wireless phone communication sales and service, leased 1,150 square feet in Portico at Meridian Retail Building A, 3223 E. Louise Drive, Suite 101, Meridian. Move-in is expected in December. Sherry Schoen of Gardner Ahlquist Development handled the transaction.

Pedersen’s Sports leased 3,489 square feet of retail space in Mason Creek, 2959 N. Eagle Road, Boise. Colliers International’s retail team of Brook Blakeslee, Mike Christensen and Lew Goldman brokered the transaction.

Unity Media leased 3,441 square feet at 923 S. Bridgeway, Suite 260, Eagle. Move-in was Sept. 8. James Pranther of Pranther Co. represented the tenant. Jennifer McEntee and Tim Reid of Grubb & Ellis Idaho Commercial Group represented the property owner.

Treasure Valley Hospice leased 1,991 square feet of office space in The Cramer Truss Building, 8 6th St. N., Nampa. Colliers International’s Lincoln Hagood and Bryant Jones brokered the transaction.

Northwest Insurance leased 1,913 square feet at 1880 S. Cobalt Point Way, Meridian. Move-in is expected Sept. 26. Jennifer McEntee and Tim Reid of Grubb & Ellis Idaho Commercial Group represented the tenant. Debbie Martin of DK Commercial represented the property owner.

Hugo’s Deli leased 1,540 square feet of retail space at 900 E Fairview Ave., Meridian, in the Fairview Lakes development. Mike Pena and Todd Moss of Colliers International represented the tenant. Bob Mitchell of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the landlord.

Clear Cellular leased 1,408 square feet of retail space in Overland Retail Center, 8249 Overland Road, Boise. Colliers International’s retail team of Brook Blakeslee, Mike Christensen and Lew Goldman represented the tenant. Bob Mitchell of Thornton Oliver & Keller represented the property owner.

Community Partnerships of Idaho Inc. leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in Boulevard Plaza, 2585 Caldwell Blvd., Nampa. Ben Zamzow and Diane Kiehn of Thornton Oliver Keller handled the transaction.

Center for Spiritual Living purchased a building at 10464 W. Garverdale Court, Boise. Nancy Lemas of Commercial Northwest KW Commercial represented the buyer. DK Commercial’s Brad Henry, Amy Allsop and Debbie Martin represented the seller.

Electrical Wholesale leased 461 square feet of office space at 16 12th Ave. S., Nampa, in Longbranch Station, Nampa. Bryant Jones of Colliers International brokered the transaction.

Emergency Responders Services and Priority 1 Alert leased space at 7835 Mossy Cup St., Boise. The business outfits emergency vehicles. Brenda Clay of DK Commercial handled the transaction.

Associated Property Management, a landscape company, leased office space and a storage yard at 2650 S. Cole Road, Boise. Brenda Clay of DK Commercial handled the transaction.

Comsys renewed its lease in the Mallard Building, 1161 W. River St., Boise. Debbie Martin of DK Commercial represented the tenant. Amy Wray of RMH Co. represented the property owner.
