Engineering day looks to ignite future engineers

Kids in preschool through high school will have the chance to participate in the world of engineering this weekend. Discover Engineering Day is coming to Boise State University Saturday, Jan. 30.

Activities include a presentation by astronaut Barbara Morgan, an opportunity to test drive Micron’s pico projector technology, a radio demonstration, a wind turbine building workshop, a chance to build an earthquake-proof Lego building and more.

The event is free. For more information, go here.
