Boise Angel Fund leads stock offering by Core Concepts

The Boise Angel Fund LLC is leading a stock offering by outdoor apparel specialist Core Concepts Inc., Boise.
Members of the Boise Angel Alliance and other angel investment groups are participating in the financing, the Alliance said in a release. Details were not disclosed.
Boise Angel Fund’s expertise and financial support will allow Core Concepts to grow its business and “continue putting the best performance apparel into our customer’s hands,” Core Concepts CEO Noah Bryan said.
Core Concepts is an award-winning performance outdoor apparel company that specializes in aesthetically unique, multi-sport-capable clothing. Its products are sold through specialty outdoor, run and ski retailers including Boise businesses Idaho Mountain Touring, The Benchmark, Greenwoods and Idaho River Sports.
“Under difficult economic conditions, Core Concepts has continued to demonstrate significant growth,” said Boise Angel Fund representative Gary Brookover.
The Boise Angel Fund is an association of accredited investors interested in assisting early stage, high growth potential companies with advice and capital. The fund is a member fund of Rainsource Capital, which has organized 24 angel funds nationally.
The Core Concepts investment was the ninth investment by the fund in the last three years.
