The Bank of America Charitable Foundation recently contributed $5,000 to the Finally Home! Homebuyer Education Program administered by Idaho Partners for Homebuyer Education. Bank of America has contributed nearly $30,000 since the program’s inception in 1999.

These funds will assist Finally Home! with its operating expenses through reimbursement of the training partners, and the costs of printing and distribution of the homebuyer education textbooks.

“The financial support from Bank of America has enabled us to reach and educate more first-time homebuyers across Idaho, which is especially important given the current economic situation,” counseling administrator Heather Harrison said. “Their participation in the Finally Home! program contributes to our success and helps potential homeowners across the state.”

Homebuyer education and financial literacy are the keys to successful homeownership for first-time buyers, and the program offers some of the best resources, BofA Idaho Market President Kurt Walsdorf said.

Finally Home! eight-hour classes are offered statewide by regional training partners in Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, Lewiston, Boise, Caldwell, Nampa, Twin Falls, Pocatello, and Idaho Falls.

You’ve groomed a solid core of good leaders who are trusted, share common values, are committed to the firm’s long-term success and are at least two generations deep. You’ve gradually expanded ownership of [...]
