The Idaho Business Review honored the 2010 Accomplished Under 40 recipients at an awards dinner in downtown Boise on June 22.

The Idaho Business Review honored the 2010 Accomplished Under 40 recipients at an awards dinner in downtown Boise on June 22.

More than 300 people turned out June 22 to honor Idaho’s young movers and shakers during the Idaho Business Review‘s 2010 Idaho Accomplished Under Forty awards dinner, held at the Boise Centre in downtown Boise.

The event, emceed this year by KTRV Fox 12 anchor Stacey Skrysak, is an annual recognition of the state’s top young leaders. More than 150 people were nominated for the 2010 program, co-sponsored by University of Idaho, Sterling Savings Bank, Thornton Oliver Keller and Boise Young Professionals.

The 40 honorees this year were a diverse group that included attorneys, educators, health care workers, musicians, bankers, real estate agents and journalists. All are profiled in the 2010 Idaho Accomplished Under Forty magazine, published June 21 by the Idaho Business Review.

Accomplished Under 40 applicants are judged in the areas of professional accomplishments, leadership, community involvement and long-term goals. The Idaho Business Review launched the program in 2000.
