Tomlinson real estate group recognized

Tomlinson Real Estate Group has just been recognized as being among the top 40 largest real estate brokerages in the country by two separate publications. The 2010 REAL Trends 500 annual report, recognized Tomlinson Real Estate Group in three categories. The company was ranked #35 for closed sales transactions; #42 for closed sales volume, and also named as the top real estate brokerage in Idaho.
RISMedia Real Estate Magazine also recognized Tomlinson’s; ranking them #34 in this year’s closed sales transactions. The annual brokerage survey included results from more than 1,200 real estate firms.
“We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves where we did in the rankings,” Bob Tomlinson, chairman of the board of the Tomlinson Real Estate Group said.
“Having been a tough economic year, and with very strong real estate brokers nationwide, we are glad to have been so fortunate.”
Tomlinson Real Estate Group is the Inland Northwest’s largest real estate company, based in Spokane. The 71-year old firm serves cities throughout Washington and Idaho.
