D.L. Evans Bank sues homebuilder over promissory notes (access required)

The other defendants are Hawkes Enterprises Inc., Sports Fan Corp., Ted J. Martinez, Debrah Martinez, William Hawkes and Nancy Hawkes. The three promissory notes were obligations from Bella Corp. payable to D.L. Evans Bank. As of June 30, they were past their maturity dates and had payoff balances of $4,147,037, $2,868,821 and $207,109, the complaint says. ...
