Area lawyers make ‘best lawyers’ list

Earl Musick, Rick Musick Accredited Land Consultant candidates
Earl Musick and Rick Musick of United Country-Musick & Sons have elected to become Accredited Land Consultant candidates through the Realtors Land Institute.
Members of the institute focus on ranch and recreational properties, agricultural land, timberland or vacant land for development. They provide services in brokerage, sales, consulting, site assemblage, management or appraisals.
Children’s Home Society increases clinical staff
The Children’s Home Society of Idaho, a Boise-based non-profit organization that provides emotional and behavioral health care to at-risk children in southwest Idaho, has added nine new staff members to its roster of professional counselors and psychosocial rehabilitation specialists.
New clinical staff members include Julia Wood, Tori Beauclaire, Melinda Kaserman, Cyndia Glorfield, Kim Keys, Erica Van Leuven, Kristi Weismann, Brhe Minkler and Beau Dahlgren.
Payne Financial Group adds Dixon to staff
Payne Financial Group has chosen Tracy Dixon to join its Boise office as a sales executive in its employee benefits department. His primary responsibilities include working to design customized programs for clients.
Prior to starting his career with Payne Financial Group Dixon worked for LandAmerica Title & Escrow, Clearwater Mortgage and Boise River Fence.
AT&T Mobility names new director of sales
AT&T has named industry veteran Tom Williams to oversee wireless sales operations in Idaho and Wyoming. As director of sales, Williams brings more than 25 years of experience to the role, with most of his career spent in the wireless industry.
Williams, a native Idahoan and graduate of Idaho Falls High School, is responsible for company-owned retail stores in western, southern and eastern Idaho as well as western and southern Wyoming.
He is based in Boise.
Moffatt Thomas adds Jetta Hatch Mathews
Moffatt Thomas has added a new associate, Jetta Hatch Mathews, to its Pocatello office.
Mathews completed her undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in 2001 and received her law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2010, graduating second in her class.
Her areas of practice include commercial litigation, insurance defense and worker’s compensation.
Sheldon moves to Keller Williams Realty Boise
Real estate sales professional Jeanne Sheldon has moved to Keller Williams Realty Boise Market Center.
She has an extensive background in new construction and interior design and has been in the real estate industry for over three years.
Her dedication to real estate is reflected in the many professional designations she has earned through continuing education.
Barbour named to United Way board
Kelly Barbour was recently named to the board of directors for the United Way of Treasure Valley. An attorney with Holland & Hart, Barbour’s practice emphasis is in real estate and financial and commercial transactions.
From 2010-2011, he was the president of Leadership Boise, and he served on the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
