Law firm expands staff, hires paralegal O’Tyson

Julie O'Tyson

Parsons Behle & Latimer has expanded the paralegal team in its Boise office (formerly Zarian Midgley and Johnson) with the addition of Julie O’Tyson.

O’Tyson brings more than a decade of experience as an intellectual property paralegal.

Her extensive background includes management of foreign and domestic intellectual property portfolios for clients and preparing trademark applications and correspondence related to the filing of patents and trademarks.

O’Tyson’s work at Parsons Behle & Latimer will focus primarily on trademark prosecution and portfolio maintenance.

She was previously employed with Boise-based Dykas, Shaver & Nipper.
