Cyndi Kay receives firm’s highest honor

Cyndi Friend Kay, vice president, financial consultant and branch manager at D.A. Davidson & Co.’s Boise office, has been honored as the recipient of the 2011 Bragg Lewis Knutson Community Service Award.

The award is the firm’s highest honor and is given annually to a Davidson Companies associate in recognition of outstanding volunteerism.

Kay’s many volunteer efforts include the following: Rake Up Boise; poinsettia sales to help fund community projects; Paint the Town; a clothing drive for Dress for Success; ringing the bell for the Salvation Army; Adopt a Highway; and cooking meals for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.

She joined D.A. Davidson with 29 years experience in the financial services industry, most recently with RBC Wealth Management.

She is a certified financial planner.
