Shadow Valley, Indian Lakes golf courses sold (access required)

Two Treasure Valley golf courses have been sold in the last two months. Shadow Valley Golf Course north of Eagle in late January was sold to its longtime management staff, which bought the course through the bankruptcy of investment real estate company DBSI.
