Construction of a new St. Paul’s Catholic Church is proceeding on 2-plus acres at 510 W. Roosevelt Street  in Nampa. Exterior walls are expected to go up in late May or early June, Business Manager Dan Jones said. The 22,000-sqare-foot building will replace the smaller, 102-year-old church at 1515 8th St. S.
