by Brad Iverson-Long

Published: November 14,2012

Tenants should be moving into the first 36 apartments in Union Square Apartments in mid-December. The complex’s common area, including a gym and pool, will be ready at that time. Owner Trilogy Development is also moving forward on plans for another 84 units on the site in west Boise off Overland Road, according to construction manager Kelly Perryman. He said construction on that phase could start in April.
