Hotel/event center welcomes new sales director

Kristi Lyn Hansen has joined the Shoshone-Bannock Hotel and Event Center’s senior management team as director of sales. In this position, she will be responsible for increasing the hotel’s visibility and reputation, as well as managing the sales and marketing staff.

Hansen has 14 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry. She previously worked as director of sales for O’Callahan’s in the Shilo Inn Suites Hotel in Idaho Falls. Before joining the hospitality industry, she worked in the sales and travel industry for six years.

Hansen earned her degree from the International Air Academy in Vancouver, Wash.
