BSU names learning institute director

Boise State University has named Rosemary Reinhardt director of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. She fills the position of retiring director Ellie McKinnon, who has directed the program since its founding 10 years ago.

Reinhardt has nearly 20 years of administrative experience. She most recently worked as interim vice president for University Advancement at BSU from May 2011 to November 2012. She was special assistant to the president at BSU from 2007 to 2011 and interim executive director of the Morrison Center for the Performing Arts in 2010. Before that, she worked at the Saint Alphonsus Foundation, the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Arizona State University, Macomb Community College, Wayne State University and the University of Denver.

Reinhardt earned her master’s degree in arts management from Wayne State.
