‘Patent troll’ sues Idaho Internet service providers (access required)

A company that acquires patents and then sues businesses that are using the patented technology has taken aim at two Idaho Internet service providers. Brandywine Communications Technologies LLC, a “patent troll,” has sued Internet service providers around the country.
