Law firm names Boise attorney partner

Scott Randolph has been elected partner at law firm Holland & Hart in Boise.

Randolph represents clients before the Idaho Human Rights Commission, the Equal Opportunity Commission, in state and federal courts throughout Idaho, and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has experience in complex commercial litigation, trade secrets, noncompete agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
