Project Update: 10 Barrel Brewing

by Brad Iverson-Long

Published: January 8,2013

Work on a remodel for the new downtown brewery restarted in December after the Bend, Ore.-based brewery elected to work with a distributor to import beer from Oregon. The $1 million project on the corner of Ninth and Bannock streets should be finished for an April opening, according to CDSI Construction President Robert Feldmann.

Crews are doing prep work for footings, slab work and underground plumbing and mechanical improvements. The 9,203-square-foot brewery, restaurant and bar should have capacity for 265 patrons indoors as well as an outdoor patio and bar. CTA Architects designed the project.
