Boise Perkins Coie attorney promoted to partner

Erika E. Malmen, a member of the Environment, Energy and Resources practices at Perkins Coie in Boise, has been promoted to partner in the firm.

Malmen represents clients in permitting, compliance and litigation under statutes including the National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Federal Land Policy and Management Act, and the Endangered Species Act. Her practice also includes state water law, real estate and procurement.

Before joining Perkins Coie, Malmen was an attorney with the Office of the Solicitor in the U.S. Department of the Interior and served as acting special assistant to the solicitor.
