Stoel Rives elects new partners

Richard R. Hall

Stoel Rives, a business law firm with offices in Boise, has elected new partners effective Jan. 1.

Richard R. Hall is a Boise partner in the firm’s environment, land use and natural resources practice. Hall’s work focuses on mining, natural resources and real estate law, with an emphasis on the development and operation of mining and energy projects. He has experience in land and mineral title issues. He formerly worked as a civil engineer for a large electrical utility.

Jason E. Prince

Jason E. Prince is a Boise partner in the firm’s litigation practice. Prince’s work focuses on the domestic and international sale of goods and services. He advises clients in business disputes and advises clients how to avoid disputes. He represents businesses in contract disputes and class actions in federal and state courts. He also counsels multinational and exporting businesses on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.S. export control regulations, and negotiating international commercial agreements.
