Powers Tolman Farley welcomes partner

Attorney Donald J. Farley has joined the Boise office of Powers Tolman Farley as a partner.

Farley’s practice includes commercial litigation and insurance defense litigation, with emphasis on products liability and auto and truck liability claims. He will continue his active trial practice at Powers Tolman Farley. Farley previously worked at Hall, Farley, Oberrecht & Blanton, where he was a founding shareholder.

Farley earned his Bachelor of Art in economics from the University of Idaho in 1970, and his Juris Doctor from the U of I College of Law in 1973.
