Parametrix hires senior engineer

Parametrix has hired Jim Poorbaugh as a senior engineer in its Boise office.

Poorbaugh has 15 years of military and professional experience in design, project management and team leadership. He previously worked for Bohannan Huston in New Mexico, where he managed highway projects for the New Mexico Department of Transportation and the City of Gallup.

Poorbaugh has a Master of Science in civil engineering, along with a project management master’s certificate, Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, and professional registration in Arizona and New Mexico.
