Idaho Power, irrigators agree on suspending peak load shut-off program (access required)

Idaho Power, a water irrigators group and two environmental groups signed off on a settlement to suspend two programs that shut off irrigators’ pumps and some households’ air conditioners when the electric utility reaches a high demand for power.
