The rail company GATX, a Simplot Games sponsor since 2008, has increased its sponsorship to a $10,000 donation. The company also placed the Simplot Games logo on one of its railcars.
This is the 37th year Simplot Games will host nearly 2,000 high school track and field athletes from around the world at a three-day event, held at Idaho State University’s Pocatello campus in February. Pictured are (l-r) GATX Corporate Account Manager Marianne Kuemper, GATX Vice President Rob Zmudka, Olympic Gold Medalist Dick Fosbury and Simplot President and CEO Bill Whitaker.
