Advertising Policies

1. Advertising contracts are for one year only. First
insertion on contract must be made within 30 days of
the date of the contract.

2. Advertisers signing contracts with the Idaho Business
Review will obtain stated discounted advertising rate.
If the advertiser does not earn that discounted rate
through performance, the advertiser will be billed the
difference between the discounted rate contracted for
and the rate actually earned.

3. Special art/handling charges may apply.

4. All contract rates are net. Standard 15 percent discount
from National Rate will be allowed to recognized
advertising agencies on display advertising space;
excluding sub-bids, legal advertising, classified
advertising or directory advertising. No agency discounts
will be allowed on production charges or any
charges over 45 days past due. All material must be
press-ready to the specification of the Idaho Business
Review to qualify.

5. Advertiser assumes liability for all claims or suits arising
by reason of publication of any copy furnished by
advertiser. Claims for omissions, errors or incorrect
insertions will not be honored beyond the first date of
publication. Forwarding of contract or order is construed
as acceptance of all terms and conditions under
which advertising space is sold by the publisher.

6. Publisher reserves the right to reject, at his option,
any advertisement offered for publication.

7. Publisher reserves the right to designate as “Paid
Advertisement” any advertising which, in his judgment,
requires such designation.

8. Postal regulations allow no bulk mail permitting information
on inserts.
