Finance – CFA Society of Idaho elects new board of directors for 2007 year

The CFA Society of Idaho recently elected its board of directors for the 2007 fiscal year. At its annual meeting, the CFA Society of Idaho elected the following individuals to the board:
• President – Michael Barcelo, CFA
• Vice President – Kevin Jones, CFA
• Secretary – Keith Harvey, CFA
• Treasurer – Peter Butler, CFA
• Membership Committee Chair – Steve Devejian, CFA
• Public Awareness Committee Chair – Noelle Diederich, CFA
• University Relations Committee Chair – Ryan Warwick, CFA
Each board member serves a one-year term which begins on July 1 in conjunction with the CFA Society of Idaho’s fiscal year.
The CFA Society of Idaho’s membership includes 43 professionals, 99 percent of whom are employed with area banks, insurance companies, investment counselors, public agencies, universities and corporations. The society, which is a member of CFA Institute, was founded in 2002.
