Former governor Phil Batt took a swipe today at Idaho Speaker of the House Lawerence Denney. In a 'reader view' commentary printed in the Idaho Statesman, Batt says the alleged loyalty tests in the Idaho Legislature, written about here and all around the blogosphere, are 'outrageous.'
