'Wallbreaking' planned Thursday at Collister library (access required)

The city of Boise plans to mark the beginning of remodeling construction for a neighborhood library in the Collister Shopping Center at Collister and State Street at 11 a.m. Thursday with a “wallbreaking” ceremony.
