Quad apartments next to BSU sold (access required)

Quads on the Park, and apartment community at 989 Sherwood St., next to Boise State University, sold recently for more than $5 million, the Sperry Van Ness investment real estate brokerage said in a release.   Boise Green Investors LLC bought the complex – consisting of 48 units each with four bedrooms – from Quad Partners Ltd. ...
