Tie vote denies Dry Creek application (access required)

The Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission voted two in favor and two opposed to the long-debated Dry Creek Ranch planned community on Thursday. With the deadlocked vote, state law dictates that the decision defaults to a denial of the application, which recommendation will be sent to the county commissioners.
