Eagle Silicon seeks air-quality permit (access required)

Eagle Silicon, 3605 Arthur St., Caldwell, recently applied with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality for an air-quality permit to construct.   The permit will regulate emissions from the company’s silicon recycling facility, the department said in a release.
